This is a shared space unless reserved for a specific activity. Feel free to use it by grabbing the key from the café, or head right in if it’s already open and in use! Although do ask about what's on as it may spark your interest and you can get involved!

It Takes A Village are running a Scribbles and Dribbles group on Friday 6th and Friday 13th June 11am-1pm at Kingswood Arts in our lovely Palm Court!
This will be a fun, open access drop in for people to try some creative writing activities, meet others in the group, and encourage some more local parent/carer residents to come see what we are about and join us!
Sign up for free here if possible, but they can also accept walk ins on the day too.
WRITERS' HOUR with novelist Fauzia Musa
Join us for Writers' Hour – a dedicated space to write in quiet and community.
Every other Friday, novelist Fauzia Musa will host a facilitated writing session at Kingswood Arts.
This isn't a workshop or class – it's a sacred hour of quiet writing in the company of others. Whether you're journaling your thoughts, crafting the next great novel, or exploring poetry for the first time, this hour is yours.
The Details:
When: Every other Friday, 9:30-10:30am (beginning April 25th, 2025)
Where: Kingswood Arts, Kingswood House, Seeley Dr, Kingswood Estate, London SE21 8QN
Cost: Free
What to Bring:
- Notebook and something to write with, or laptop
- Your current writing project (anything that requires focussed time to write)
Important Note: Please arrive by 9:20am to settle in, grab a free refreshment and find your perfect spot. We begin promptly at 9:30am.
